Illustrator & Background drawing

Started doing illustrator tutorials 2 days ago. Here my first approach on my own

12.05.2012:

vectorized one of the cats from yesterday (illustrator cs5)

room with weird perspective (pencil)

rework (photoshop cs4)

first shapes (photoshop cs4)

Spiders, Stars and surely Earl

The original sketch for the spider was done by someone else. My task was to vectorize and color it.

25.04.2012:

enemy for "Earl" variation I (vectorized and colored; photoshop cs4)

enemy for "Earl" variation II (vectorized and colored; photoshop cs4)

star for "Earl" (photoshop cs4)

And some earl concepts in different views and animation sketches.

same as the finished squirrel concept the post before (pencil)

trying to draw in side view (pencil)

more decent results (pencil)

animation concepts (pencil)

animation concepts (pencil; colored pencil)
